This wine exhibits intense strawberry boquet. On the palate light tannins enhance spicy characters that give the wine a layered complexity. The wine is designed for summer drinking and rich fruit flavour pushes through on the palate when chilled. NASAA Certified Organic

Traditional or true Rose style made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes using the free run juice. The wine has sweet ripe strawberry bouquet, wonderful fruit driven palate with fine balancing acidity. Ideal well chilled and served with marron or Asian food. Drink now or cellar 3-5 years.
Delicate vine-flower bouquet intermingled with wonderful herbal characters. Intense fruit driven palate, some nectarine like flavours that linger with the beautiful balanced acidity. Drink now or cellar 3-5 years.
Medium dry style wine has a delicate bouquet of lychee and melon. This wonderful fruit is matched on the palate by fresh lingering acidity. Recommended drinking with any lighter style dishes including Asian. Drink now or cellar 3-5 years.
Red and black-current bouquet with delicate vine flower characteristics. This theme is continued on the palate and further enhanced by medium fruit and oak tannins. Matured entirely in French oak. Drink now or cellar 5-8 years.
Neither pumped or filtered and matured in new French Oak for over two years. Made from selected crop thinned vines and in very limited quantities (75 cases). Beautiful Mulberry fruit on the front palate, followed by fine but firm tannins. This tightly structured wine finishes with a fine lingering of vanilla and cinnamon. Decanting essential, cellar 8-10 years.
Fermented and matured in new burgundian oak, the wine exhibits ripe melon with caramel like complexity. Extended lees and moderate secondary fermentation characters increase the layering of flavours found in this superb cool climate Chardonnay. Drink now or cellar 5-7 years.
This wine has neither been pumped or filtered. Matured in Burgundian Oak. The wine exhibits true terroir with beautiful light white pepper spiciness and opulent fruit flavours. As with all our reserve styles this wine was made in very limited quantities (70 cases).
A deep straw colour with cinnamon and some cloves on the nose, these spice characters continue onto the full palate which also shows some residual sweetness and a rich finish - reminiscent of apple pie.
We make our cider vinegar from our Tangletoe Cider using the culture bacteria “Mother” to turn the cider into vinegar.
This is achieved by putting the cider into barrel and adding the Mother, that we have grown and nurtured, very gently allowing enough air and keeping it at a constant temperature for the Mother to continue to grow. As it grows the bacteria uses the alcohol in the cider and turns it into acetic acid, vinegar. Excellent for the use in cooking such as salad dressings and mayonnaise. It can also be used for medicinal purposes.
Traditional English style cider (non-fizzy) is made from local Lady William apples, a refreshing drink well chilled or served on ice. It has some spicy characters of cloves or cinnamon and a wonderful intense apple flavour.
Serve with a traditional “Ploughman’s Lunch” or any cheese dish. Excellent for cooking, use instead of wine in dishes such as pork or chicken. Keeps very well in the fridge after opening.
