It also allows customers the opportunity to purhase wines and ciders online. www.mountfordwines.com.au also allows customers to become Mountford Wine and Cider Club members which entitles members to purchase from the catalog at club member prices. If you wish to buy wine from us you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions set out below. Age Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premised; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises. Payment Options Payment details are to be given when placing your order, by the following method:- Credit Cards Using PayPal we accept credit card or PayPal account payments. Credit Card payments can be used when ordering using telephone, fax or mail. Credit Card regulations stipulate that we cannot accept credit card orders from anyone other than the credit card holder. All prices are inclusive of WET (wine equalisation tax) of 29% and GST (goods and service tax) of 10%, which is added after the 29% WET, unless stated otherwise. Wine & Cider Club prices are inclusive of freight within Australia.  Overseas At this stage it is not possible to ship wines and ciders out side of Australia, however if you are interested in purchasing outside of Australia please contact us via the Contact Us page. We are not responsible for wines lost in transit to us. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us by telephone (08)97761345 or email mail@mountfordwines.com.au within 48 hours of placing your order. If you do so the full amount will be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase. General We will not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform obligations if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
