Hand picked on ten cool mornings of a hot year!  Then gently whole bunch pressed to retain delicate fruit characteristics.  A small amount was barrel fermented adding another layer of complexity.  Nettle and herb like bouquet with some floral notes of thyme.   Cool climate gooseberry and white current like acidity make it a perfect partner with seafood. 12% ALC/VOL - Andrew Mountford 10th June 2024.
