This cider owes it’s origin to the cider brut, a dry style of Normandy cider. A wonderful bouquet of apple and nutmeg plus a biscuity yeast character, giving complexity and ensuring your palate is in for a real treat. Mature red apple flavours rise through a mouthful of bubbles. Clean, dry and slightly acidic finish making this a great food cider.  Like a famous Australian beer, a yeast deposit is left in the bottle. You may blend this into the cider simply by rolling the bottle gently on the counter top.  330ml  8% alc. NASAA certified organic and preservative free.
