We invite self-sufficient travellers to pause and explore at your own pace, with easy access to cellar door tastings and fresh, local produce.
Winery Camping with Nature Views
Stay in this secluded pocket of Pemberton with a magnificent backdrop of Karri trees. From the comfort of your caravan or motorhome, you can enjoy a relaxed getaway in a tranquil, rural setting far removed from crowded caravan parks.
Choose from 10 sites along the Five Mile Brook and watch wildlife in abundance on and off water. Our forest camping experience is perfect for 100% self-sufficient travellers. We are family-friendly, pet-friendly, and sustainable.
The Best in the South-West
Australia’s South-West has a breathtaking blend of natural beauty, world-class wines, and eco-friendly camping.
Whether you’re a local looking for a secluded getaway or a global traveller eager to explore WA’s stunning landscapes, camping in Pemberton is your gateway to serenity and adventure.
There are very few wineries you can camp at in the southwest region, and there are even fewer near Pemberton. Our campground and winery reconnect you with nature, local culture and your passion for wine and food in one extraordinary prime location.
Pop into our award-winning mudbrick cellar door, which like our wines, is made by hand. Visit the mezzanine gallery upstairs, which hosts local artists and State Forest balcony views.
Our Camping Facilities
Mountford Wines is a 15-minute drive to Pemberton Town Centre and less than 20 minutes to Manjimup - two charming tasting grounds for the best local produce. Our site is the perfect base for travellers to explore the magnetic lure of the south-west region. Nature with no neighbours.
Choose from 10 levelled, grassy RV camping sites at our 72-acre winery farmstay in Pemberton. Each site has 360° views of the surrounding land and is nestled between the forest and lake. Camping sites are drive-through and unpowered with no water or toilet access.
All are a short drive to our cellar door, where you can enjoy a complimentary tasting paddle of our exclusive organic wines, ciders and fortifieds including Australia’s first truffle wine.
We accept RVs, caravans, rooftop campers, and camper trailers. Due to the position of our Pemberton camping spot (within the Pemberton water catchment area) and the region’s limited water supply, travellers must be 100% self-sufficient.
